OUR HISTORY

The simple notion that we are put on this earth to help others is a noble code. The truth is, it's a code not all of us can keep. It's okay, because there are people like Tim Heiser. Everybody called him Scrapper. He was a lifelong giver. Sadly, severe epilepsy took Scrapper from us. But his spirit of giving and aiding others lives on at Scrapper's Rescue.

We offer a variety of services for Veterans and their Service Animals. All of the proceeds go to help pay veterinary bills for service dogs. As well as other training, services and/or supplies for those in need.

Mission:
To care for the service dogs of our local service men & women.
Scrapper's rescues dogs to rescue people.
