ABOUT US
Tim Heiser aka "Scrapper" founded Scrapper's Rescue back in 2004. Scrapper's began with a group of friends who rescued animals and helped local Veterans and the Disabled. After his passing, his mother Patricia continues the tradition in his honor.
Scrapper’s continues rescuing animals and training them to be service dogs for Veterans and the Disabled. Caring for them, educating the public of the benefits, needs, costs of service dogs, along with helping and caring for the Pet Community.
